Nancy Duley is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and a Certified Pastry Chef. She has spent the past decade working with internet companies like Tavolo.com and Napastyle.com to utilize the combination of technology and food to benefit others. As a mother, she understands the necessity to merge cooking great food with convenience. She has been honing her gluten-free cooking skills for the past 6 years to assist a daughter with a gluten sensitivity. Nancy enjoys culinary consulting and creating recipes. Max Duley honed his food and wine pairing skills having spent several years in the Napa Valley as the V.P. for Trinitas Cellars at the Meritage Resort in Napa and Director of Hospitality/Executive Chef for Peju Winery in Rutherford. Max has worked as a professional chef for over 20 years, is a Certified Pastry Chef and graduate of The Culinary Institute of America. He was the Education Operations Manager for the CIA at Greystone in St. Helena, California, where he worked with world renowned chefs Paul Bocuse, Alice Waters, Thomas Keller, Jean-Louis Palladin, Rick Bayless, Jacques Pipin, Julia Child and many more. Debbie Lucus is a registered dietitian with over 15 years of experience working with patients to reduce health risk and manage diabetes. She has a B.S. degree in Dietetics from the University of California, Davis, and a Master's degree in Nutrition from the University of New Haven. She is also a Certified Diabetes Educator. Debbie currently works in Cardiac Rehabilitation at the University of California, Davis, Medical Center teaching nutrition classes on reducing cardiac risk factors with diet and lifestyle changes.
